Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We’ve partnered with trusted carriers including DHL, DPD, and FedEx, and have negotiated competitive rates to provide you with the best value for your shipping needs.

Returns
At CarveOn, we’re dedicated to creating high-quality, personalised products that are designed to be cherished for years to come. We stand by the craftsmanship and care that goes into every item we make.
Due to the customised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised or branded items unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item does not match your order specifications.
If you believe there is an issue with your product, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Whether it’s a question, concern, or feedback, we’re here to help and always happy to hear from you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make sure you love your CarveOn product.
For defective or incorrect items, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll promptly review the issue and work to resolve it by offering a repair, replacement, or refund if necessary.

Local Pick Up
Passing through Kildare? You can collect your order from our workshop in Kilcullen. All you have to do is select ‘Pick Up’ when checking out on CarveOn.com. We are typically here from 7.30 am - 5.00 pm on weekdays.
Order Tracking & Cancellations
Tracking details will be emailed to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped. A signature may be required for registered parcels. If you have any questions in relation to shipping just contact us.
Cancellations
Non-personalised products can be cancelled before shipping. For custom orders, the production process starts quite quickly. If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email at hello@carveon.com or by phone +353(0)45482637.
